Game 5 vs St. Mary’s Ryken (2015)
The Eagles traveled to Leonardtown, MD for the first time in school history. Gonzaga defeated the newest member of the WCAC, the St. Mary’s Ryken Knights (2-2, 0-1) by a score of 14-7 in a hard fought game. The game was played on Sunday, October 4th at 4pm due to inclement weather.

“Our 5th victory was hard earned as the Eagles traveled to Leonardtown, Maryland to face new WCAC foe St. Mary’s Ryken. It was a low scoring affair with the Eagles prevailing 14-7. Max Fisher ‘17 caught a touchdown pass from Sam Brown and Tyree Randolph ’17 had another big day on the ground rushing for nearly 200 yards. The defense was dominant with Nick McEvoy ’16 recording 2 sacks and a fumble recovery, Joe Zuccari ’17 had interception and a fumble recovery, Nasheed Bridgeman ’16 had a fumble recovery and Luke McCaleb ’16 had an interception.” – Coach T
